Quality Assurance
Every Product in SPC is tested with
care by our well equipped laboratory. These tests are normal standard
procedure and are performed by qualified personnel in order to follow
the technical delivery conditions and the international standards. We
can perform the following final tests.
- Inward raw material analysis by Hand held portable
Spectrometer
- Chemical Analysis by Lab model Spectrometer imported from
Germany for all the heats
- Dimensional Inspection by Digital Vernier callipers, Height
Gauges, Slip Gauges and CMM
- Roughness Test
- Radiography Testing
- Mechanical Testing, UTS, YS
- Ultrasonic Testing
- Liquid Penetrant Testing
- Magnetic Particle Inspection
- Metallography Inverted Microscope for Micro Structure with
image analyser
- Digital PH Metre for Checking Ph value of ceramic slurry

Infrastructure
|
Tool Design, Pattern and
Tool Manufacturing :
Patterns and Toolings are designed and manufactured In-house by
using latest CAD/CAM Softwares. We have in-house Pattern
Manufacturing and Die manufacturing shops where patterns and
toolings are made by using VMC and CNC machines in shortest lead
times. |

Melting Shop :
All the melting is done in 4 Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces
ranging from 150 kg to 1500 kg. This enables us to manufacture cast
part ranging from 9 grams to 1200 kg single piece. We have an
advanced manufacturing facility with Portable as well as lab grade
Spectrometer Imported from Germany and USA respectively. |

Moulding :
Moulding is done on fast loop moulding lines supported by Hydraulic
Compaction tables, Automatic Moulding machines along with 45 ton
capacity Sand Plant and PLC controlled mixers which take care of the
sand compositions. |

Fettling :
Pencil Hand Grinders to Heavy Swing Frame Grinders with facilities
for welding AC and DC with pre-heating arrangement; Air Arc Gouging
and Sand/Shot Blasting facilities. Hydraulic Press for straightening
of castings. The castings are thoroughly cleaned by shot blasting or
Sand blasting. The cleaned parts undergo Visual and dimension
inspection before heat treatment and further processes. After Heat
treatment the parts are blasted with appropriate media and are
pickled & passivated. |

Machining :
Castings are machined as per customer specifications on
Conventional machines as well as CNC Turning and Vertical Machining
centres in house. After machining the parts are inspected by
Qualified Inspectors as per the QAP and then sent to dispatch
section for packing. |

Standards Room :
We have fully equipped standards room with zero grade surface
plates, Digital Vernier Calipers, Micro meters, Height Gauges, Slip
Gauges, Bore Gauges and other instruments with least count of 1
Micron. |

Preventive Maintenance Plans
:
We have preventive maintenance schedule for all the equipments in
the plant. This has lead to nil breakdowns and production halting. |

Standby Power :
We have Silent Diesel Generator sets 1200 kva for Back up Power and
smooth uninterrupted operations. You can rest assure that there will
be virtually no delay due to power supply. |

We are fully committed to spread
awareness about child education. If children are educated then only we
can expect good citizens which can make nation proud. For this mission,
we have taken responsibility of bearing education expenses of around 20
children who had not been going to school due to money problem. We wish
to add more children every year in this program.
